Religion assist with man's needs as it provides a sense of identity for an individual, it is a medium for socializing and it helps to de-stress people from their daily problems.
Religion assists man's needs by providing him with a sense of being in touch with a Higher Being. It can act as a cataylst for establishing morals and values and it also provides the individual with a sense of purpose.
